Overview

Candid Sail provides AI-moderated analysis reports generated by independent, multi-model panel discussions. When you submit a report request and payment is accepted, you are purchasing a computational process — not a specific conclusion, recommendation, or outcome. This distinction is fundamental to our refund policy.

Reports are delivered as the output of a paid analytical process. Disagreement with findings does not constitute grounds for refund; independent assessments that challenge your assumptions are a core part of the service's value.

Eligible refunds

Bearzenker LLC will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

System failure prior to processing. If a technical failure within our infrastructure prevents your report from being generated and no AI inference was initiated, you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate charges. If you are billed more than once for the same report submission, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
Undeliverable report. If our system confirms delivery failure and the report cannot be retrieved within a reasonable cure period, a refund will be issued.

Non-refundable conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Disagreement with findings. Reports reflect the independent analysis of multiple AI models. Conclusions, recommendations, or dissenting views that you disagree with are an intended feature of the service, not a defect.
AI model errors or hallucinations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Reports are analytical aids, not guaranteed-accurate professional advice. Users are responsible for independent verification of any material claims before acting on them.
Expired pickup window. Reports are available for retrieval for thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery notification. Reports that are not retrieved within this window are forfeited without refund.
Customer hardware or account failure. Reports lost due to customer-side hardware failure, accidental deletion, or loss of access to a receiving account (email, Dropbox, etc.) are not eligible for refund or redelivery.
Lost encryption credentials. If report encryption is offered and selected, Bearzenker LLC does not retain encryption keys or passwords. Loss of credentials by the customer renders the report inaccessible without recourse.
Terms of service violations. Reports submitted in violation of our Terms of Service — including submissions containing personally identifiable information (PII), illegal subject matter, gambling or predictive market content, or sexually explicit material — are forfeited without refund and may result in account suspension.
Change of mind. Once a report submission has entered the processing queue, the computational resources have been committed. Cancellation after queuing is not eligible for refund.

Nature of the service

Candid Sail reports are produced by automated AI orchestration and are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Bearzenker LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report. Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on report content.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for non-refundable orders will be disputed and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues promptly.
